2024 is the Customer Quality Year of Qingdao Qihang Tyre Co., Ltd. With the deepening of the “Customer first Quality first”, our company is improving our service quality and product standards continually to meet customer expectations and needs.

We deeply understand that quality is the cornerstone of a company's survival and development, and is the key to win customer trust. Therefore, Qihang Tyre decided to improve our company's quality management level through various forms of activities such as internal training, external communication, and quality inspections during this special quality year.

On March 14th, Qihang Tyre launched the process improvement for one month named as "Hundred Regiments Battle".

At the event, the general manager gave a speech to all staff to enhance the quality service awareness of all staff, improve the process execution rate, improve the quality level of semi-finished products and finished products, and comprehensively improve the product qualification rate.

The participants of this event include all members from the manufacturing division and technical quality department, some members from management and production workshop.

By conducting quality inspections of the production process, we ensure that every step meets high standards of quality requirements. Qihang Tyre has established a comprehensive quality monitoring system to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that our products and services meet customer needs.

Through these quality improvement activities, we hope to enhance the company's service quality and product standards, and provide customers with higher quality products and services.
