The storage of industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs is very important for every tire shop and tire company. The storage environment of industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs will affect the quality of tires and even affect whether they can be sold in the future. Therefore, it is very important to ensure reasonable storage of industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs.
Generally speaking, the storage of industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs should be in a warehouse that is protected from direct sunlight, ventilated, clean, and cool and dry. The room temperature is -10℃-- 30℃, and the relative humidity is 50%-80%. Avoid rain and sun. . At the same time, tire warehouses should not be close to power generation equipment or other locations that generate ozone to prevent accelerated oxidation of tires. The tire storage environment should avoid the presence of chemicals, oils, acid and alkali products, etc., to prevent corrosion and aging due to improper storage and tire contact.
The storage of packaged industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs must be placed vertically on the shelf, and the bottom of the shelf should be at least 10 cm from the ground. The fulcrum should be moved regularly or the tires should be rotated slightly to avoid deformation.
If there are many tires in the store, they can also be stacked. They should not be stacked too high. Generally, it is recommended that no more than 10 tires are stacked and the tires should be changed regularly. It should be noted that the stacking method is limited to short-term storage, and long-term storage still needs to be placed on the shelf.
In the storage of industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs, the store mainly does a good job of storing cards and records of tires. They are classified according to the date of production or storage time, and follow the principles of "first in, first out" and "orderly in and out". Avoid wear and tear caused by long-term accumulation of tires in the warehouse.
