1. Check tires and rims
First check the compatibility of industrial and agricultural tires and ATV with rims, that is, whether the tire specification type to be installed is the same as the rim type. The width of the rim used by the tires of the same specification is different, and it must be recognized first when installing. The inspection of the rim includes whether the rim has defects and burrs. If there are burrs, they should be polished first, otherwise they may damage the inside of the tire hub and affect the device and use.
2. In order to ensure that the industrial and agricultural tires and ATV can be installed smoothly and reduce the conflict with the rim, when installing, the inner and outer surfaces of the tire hub and rim need to be sprayed and coated with lubricant. The lubricant can be commonly used soapy water and laundry. Powder water, etc., can use special lubricants for tires if possible, but must not use oils and other common industrial lubricants, because they will swell the rubber and damage the tires.
3. When placing industrial and agricultural tires and ATVs on the rims, they should be flat, not skewed, otherwise the installation will be difficult, and they will swing from side to side during use. The rim must be installed in place and the bolts must be tightened, otherwise it is easy to slip or separate the tire rim. Form a risk.
4. According to the specifications, when the tires are installed on the car, they must be concentric. Tires of different manufacturers and different wear and tear cannot be installed on the same vehicle or on the same axle, or mixed with pneumatic tires, otherwise it is easy to cause personal and equipment accidents.
